Ever hear of Occam’s Razor? Me neither til I saw a special on “The Discovery Channel”. Now, I’m a student of it. Jim Cramer is not. You should be like me. Check out how Jim Cramer and I seem to agree on housing stocks - with one slight difference. Apply what you’ve learned in this video to your stocks - and this market - and I think you’ll be extremely happy. Eveyone gets things wrong sometimes. If he were an idiot. . . .well he has his own show giving people advice on stocks, so he is not an idiot. You are right I think, Buy housing stocks - they must be oversold.

I would not buy any housing stock now. No way. TOL? I see it at $18 next five months. BZP is low but it is going under $10. KBH? Give me a break! $25 soon and long to $20!
